it's been ongoing for over 13 years for a reason you know? the premise is absurd as fuck, yes but that's the whole point of the show's dumb humor
that's the point of kid's cartoons, instant gratification so kids can actually find it funny but what the show does is it gives some random pop culture references and subtle two-way innuendos so it also appeals on adults
